Do you like to party? Then perhaps you might like this idea. Wouldn't it be great if you could rent a house for an evening, for that wild party that you'd never want in your own home, either coz you're concerned about the wear and tear on the funiture or the house itself, or you'd prefer not to have people doing things like that in your bed! Let's see how far we can take this idea.
Where should such a house be situated? If the house is next to your house, then you might be kept awake at night by someone else's party. You could try gatecrashing; if you can't sleep anyway, why not have some fun? However, there's no guarentee that you'll be let in. Now let's suppose that a "Party House" is situated in a place where there are no other houses with people sleeping in them. No problem! That would be possible if the house is nowhere near any other houses, but this is parhaps a little unrealistic.
Imagine that the "Party House" is on an estate of "Party Houses". We could call it a "Party Housing Estate". Everyone having a party would never need to worry about disturbing the neighbours - coz all the neighbours would also be having a party! If you don't like the current party, just walk around the estate for a bit, until you find a party that you do like.
How is this to be paid for? Well, there could be a flat rate for a variable rate. Would you pay in advance, or be charged for the amount of alcohol drunk (assuming that it is supplied on demand, rather than in advance)? A flat rate could be set based on what experience tells the people running the "Party House" or "Party Estate" that the party will cost, on average. Costs could include services like cleaning - after the party - and maintenance of the funiture and house(s). If alcohol could be supplied, i.e. if a licence could be obtained, then this would also be charged for, obviously.
Such a service would be for more than just paryies, of course. Wedding and funeral receptions could also be provided for, plus other social events.
